As a Casual Academy Recruitment Coordinator at Everton Football Club, you will be responsible for identifying and developing the next generation of football talent. You will work closely with the area co-ordinator to support the recruitment strategy and attend local fixtures to watch grassroots games, private academy sessions, and schoolboy matches.

Using your expertise in youth football, you will use your keen eye for talent to spot promising young players and submit accurate and timely reports on them to support the overall recruitment strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth football and wants to make a real difference in the lives of young players.

The Requirements:
• Practical experience in youth or grassroots football
• Valid driver's license and access to transport for traveling to various games and events
• Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to submit accurate and timely reports on players to support the overall recruitment strategy
