Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Cognizant Microsoft Business Group is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic consultant to join our team as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant. As a key member of our Business Analysis practice, you will work closely with client teams to design, build, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.

About the Role:
  • Work on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for Cognizant's public clients
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to deliver Microsoft Business Applications solutions
  • Design, build, and oversee solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications
  • Write user stories and perform UI-level system configuration in D365 CRM
  • Prepare training materials and runbooks
  • Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements and estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including D365 customizations and data models
  • Understand DevOps project implementation processes and Microsoft Azure knowledge is an added skill
