Business Applications Consultant

Cognizant Microsoft Business Group is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Business Applications team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing Microsoft Business Applications solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.
- Deliver Microsoft Business Applications solutions for existing and prospective clients, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement solutions, including writing user stories, configuring UI-level system settings, and preparing training materials.
- Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements and estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including customizations and data models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Azure knowledge and DevOps project implementation processes.
