Business Applications Consultant

Cognizant Microsoft Business Group is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Business Applications team, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
About the Role:- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, and implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver training plans, training materials, and runbooks to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements and estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform features and capabilities.
