Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Cognizant Microsoft Business Group is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Business Applications team, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement Microsoft Business Applications solutions.

About the Role:
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities, including customizations and data models.
  • Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements and estimate project requirements.
  • Prepare training materials and runbooks, and present solutions to clients.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and customizations.
  • Experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Azure knowledge.
  • Experience with DevOps project implementation processes.
