As a support needs educator, you will work with students aged 5-18 in various educational settings, providing tailored instruction and support to cater to their diverse needs.

A successful applicant will possess a strong understanding of SEN and be able to differentiate learning materials to ensure all students can access the curriculum.

Key responsibilities include utilizing support staff effectively, maintaining good behavior management skills, and communicating student progress to parents and SLT.

Salary estimate: £38,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and qualifications.
