Join Zen Educate as a Graduate Educator for Inclusive Learning and play a critical role in supporting children with special needs in secondary or special needs schools. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a real difference in the lives of young people.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with a schedule of 8:30-3:30, Monday to Friday, during term time only. You will be working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support children with special needs in achieving their academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and school staff.

Requirements

  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH STUDENTS AND STAFF
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A willingness to undertake online training before starting work.
  • Able to obtain a DBS check.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
