Inclusion Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on the role of HLTA Inclusion Lead at our dynamic and supportive secondary school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to students with additional needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to reach their full potential.

  • Develop and lead on individual and group interventions to promote inclusive practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create and implement individual learning plans.
  • Support and mentor teaching assistants in delivering high-quality support.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Champion an inclusive school culture, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
Job Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent) with experience in supporting students with additional needs.
  • Strong understanding of inclusion practices within a secondary school environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with staff to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy.
  • A proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
