Inclusive Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Inclusive Education Specialist to join our team at Zen Educate. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of our students.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the full curriculum.
- Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to students, helping them to develop positive relationships and appropriate behavior.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor and track the progress of students, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN students.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum depending on experience.
