Regional Business Growth Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Calibre8 Recruitment Ltd.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and expanding organisation, with a fantastic range of products that are award-winning in their field. As a Regional Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to win new customers, while maintaining existing relationships and growing the customer base across your region.
Salary: Up to £60k basic salary, with incredible commission potential - most are earning well over £100k in commission alone. You will also benefit from a company car scheme, annual leave, private healthcare, pension scheme, and more.
We are looking for someone with either soft tissue reconstruction/surgical mesh sales experience or electro surgical products/surgical stapling/clinical focused products within general surgery. A good attitude and strong sales background are essential, as this is not an account management role - you need to enjoy winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to win new customers
- Maintaining existing relationships and growing the customer base across your region
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and private healthcare sector
- Promoting soft tissue reconstruction products
Requirements:
- Either soft tissue reconstruction/surgical mesh sales experience or electro surgical products/surgical stapling/clinical focused products within general surgery
- Good attitude and strong sales background
- Fully qualified driver's license
- Right to work in the UK
