About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team, focusing on promoting our medical devices in the soft tissue reconstruction sector. You will play a crucial part in developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base and expand business in the Yorkshire and East Midlands region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support and product training.

Package Details:
  • Total Remuneration Package: £80,000 - £120,000 per year (inclusive of salary and benefits)
  • Opportunity to earn additional income through commission-based sales targets.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs.

About You:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical device sales, preferably in soft tissue reconstruction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance.
