The Clinical Site Director is a key position within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, responsible for managing the patient journey through the hospital. This proactive role requires the ability to support other clinical teams, working collaboratively to ensure seamless patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily and out-of-hours bed management across adult sites
- Comply with current SOPs and divisional pathways
- Support and facilitate compliance with the single-sex standard
- Liaise with the Emergency Department Coordinator to maximize bed use and emergency admissions
- Collaborate with specialist teams to maintain their pathways
- Achieve corporate priorities and key performance targets in Emergency and Elective care
- Understand and implement escalation plans for the CSM team and key partners
- Produce accurate, timely, and high-quality reports for the trust and wider partner organizations

Person Specification- NMC registered nurse
