Job Overview

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the development of our innovative NHS@Home service. This exciting opportunity requires a senior clinician and manager to drive the next phase of service development, working collaboratively with partners to shape the future of urgent and emergency care services.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the healthcare sector, including strategic planning and budgetary control, as well as operational management experience and a proven track record in managing and delivering quality agendas in clinical practice.

Main Duties
  • Shared accountability for the operational performance and strategic development of the integrated NHS@home model across provider organisations.
  • Accountability for high-quality patient care, patient safety, clinical quality, and governance.
  • Delivery of agreed performance and financial objectives.
  • Ensuring NHS@home operates with the needs of patients as its highest priority.
Requirements
  • Significant experience within the Healthcare sector at senior manager level.
  • Extensive operational management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering quality agendas in clinical practice.
  • Excellent financial awareness and ability to maximise use of resources.
