About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mail Courier Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across various locations.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at 1.25 times the normal rate. In addition, you will enjoy 22.5 days' holiday per year, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a range of other benefits including uniform, pension scheme, and family-friendly support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and addressing any customer queries or concerns
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing Royal Mail Group in a professional and positive way

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong sense of community and pride in what you do
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
