Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Occupational Therapist to work in Guildhall. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments and interventions, managing hospital discharge processes, and assessing daily living activities.

The role involves implementing rehabilitation plans for service users in supported living, conducting assessments for Telecare, Taxicard, and Freedom passes. You will also provide support for Disability Facilities Grants (DFG) and major adaptations, managing a clinical caseload of generic adults meeting OT eligibility criteria.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
  • Manage hospital discharge processes and assess daily living activities
  • Implement rehabilitation plans for service users in supported living
  • Conduct assessments for Telecare, Taxicard, and Freedom passes
  • Provide support for Disability Facilities Grants (DFG) and major adaptations
