We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Compass Associates, a leading provider of specialist care for children. Our client specializes in bespoke schools and residential homes that cater to the unique needs of each child.

This is a Junior Therapist position working between two specialist autism schools for children ages 7 to 17. The ideal candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with a Lead Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist, Speech & Language Therapists, Music Therapists, and Counsellors.

As the Junior OT, you will be supported by the Lead OT and individual Head Teachers, while managing your own caseload of students. The role is commutable from various locations in Surrey and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist, with experience working with children. The role is full-time, 5 days a week, with term-time only working. Part-time applicants (minimum 3 days) are also welcome.

The salary for this role is between £33,000 to £43,000, depending on experience. The package includes a comprehensive benefits scheme, including 6 weeks holiday, CDP, training, and a range of other perks.
