About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at KJC Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading digital projects from concept to delivery, working closely with our directors and designers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital projects, including full website builds, from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with directors and designers to ensure project success
  • Manage junior team members and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of client relationships and accounts
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative or digital agency, at a Project/Account Manager level or higher
  • Proven experience leading digital projects, including full website builds
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience with WordPress CMS and HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and code
