About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director to join our team at KJC Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading digital projects from concept to delivery, working closely with our directors and designers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the planning and implementation of digital projects, including full website builds and technical projects
  • Collaborate with directors to ensure strategic direction of client relationships and accounts
  • Manage junior team members and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new business proposals and pitches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative or digital agency, at a Project / Account Manager level or higher
  • Proven experience leading digital projects, including full website builds and technical projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and passion for digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with directors and designers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana
