Job Description

We are now looking to further expand our team by recruiting a Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director with strong digital experience and proficient project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the day-to-day work for client projects and ongoing retainers, ensuring constant communication and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Directors to support the strategic direction of client relationships and accounts
  • Regular meetings with the Directors to inform them of all project progress and support needed to drive each task through to completion
  • Be our resident digital expert, demonstrating a strong technical knowledge and passion for all things online
  • Support the Directors with new business research and outreach
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the KJC social channels, working with the Account Manager on the content planning, proofing social posts, writing copy for blogs, and briefing designers
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working in a creative or digital agency, at a Project / Account Manager level or higher
  • Proven experience leading in the planning and implementation of digital projects, including at least 2-3 full brochure/corporate website projects, coordinating a team, and tracking all deadlines
  • Confident copywriter, able to support the Director with offering this as a service to clients across both B2B and B2C sectors
  • Experience in writing complex proposals, scoping work to create detailed estimates, project timeline creation, and managing all internal processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to an intermediate level
  • Experience with working with WordPress CMS
