A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a MRO Sales Representative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Gloucestershire.

About the Role:

  • Identify and develop potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
  • Provide business quotes and pricing
  • Enter customer orders into ERP system and ensure the order is executed to meet customer expectations
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions; record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Participate in customer visits within the UK and internationally (EMEA), including attending trade shows

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant/technical work experience in Sales
  • Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to function in a diverse, fast-paced service environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges
  • Quantum Control ERP experience or related aviation information system experience
