A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited is seeking a skilled MRO Sales Representative to join their team on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be based in Gloucestershire and will be responsible for identifying and developing potential customers through various networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business quotes and pricing to customers
  • Enter customer orders into the ERP system and ensure timely execution
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Participate in customer visits within the UK and internationally (EMEA), including attending trade shows

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales
  • Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive approach to challenges
  • Experience with Quantum Control ERP or related aviation information systems
  • Technical knowledge of aircraft components and MRO environments
