About the Role

A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited is currently recruiting for a MRO Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop potential customers through strategic business development initiatives, cold-calling, and professional networking
  • Provide business quotes and pricing to clients, ensuring accurate and competitive offerings
  • Enter customer orders into the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Participate in customer visits within the UK and internationally, including attending trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse service environment, maintaining a positive and proactive approach to challenges
  • Experience with Quantum Control ERP or related aviation information systems
  • Technical knowledge of aircraft components, preferably in MROs, aviation distribution, or similar environments
