Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EUC 3rd Line Engineer to join our Technology team at Brakes, a leading foodservice supplier. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will provide technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our end-user technology estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd line technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Subject matter expert for EUC technologies, including MDM, Windows 11, and Apple devices.
  • Manage and close incidents and service requests via our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure and field support manager to ensure the successful deployment of new technologies and application upgrades.
  • Produce high-quality documentation for use by 2nd line and 1st line engineers and end-users.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EUC 3rd Line Engineer with a strong background in IT security, infrastructure, and service standards. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including client operating systems, Teams, Office 365, and Azure. Experience with MDM platforms, such as Endpoint Manager (Intune), and networking (Wireless, LAN, and WAN) is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-focused approach.
