Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for use by 2nd line and 1st line engineers and end-users.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Field Support Manager to ensure seamless delivery of technical services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EUC technologies, including MDM, Windows 11, and Apple devices, to provide expert guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in EUC technical support and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11), Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Experience with administering MDM platforms, such as Endpoint Manager (Intune), and understanding of networking concepts (Wireless, LAN, and WAN).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
  • ITIL V3/V4 foundation certificate and experience with service delivery frameworks are highly advantageous.
