Specialist Financial Planning Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support our team of financial advisers in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a structured career progression route, studying towards a Regulated Diploma Level 4 in Financial Planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist financial planning firm located in the heart of Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring that our clients receive a high level of continuing service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a client services or administration role within an independent financial planning company, with the ability to manage a fast-paced and pressurized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process applications via different provider platforms.
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant policy information.
  • Correspond with providers across the market (investment, pension, protection, and mortgage products).
  • Issue documents to clients.
  • Produce and update client reports.
  • Draft suitability reports for advisers.
  • Ensure all records are kept up-to-date and compliant.
  • Handle incoming queries and outgoing calls to other providers and clients.
  • Work closely with advisers on a 1:1 basis.
Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
