The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Flannels in Kingston upon Thames. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury fashion store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise
  • Confidently make recommendations to achieve sales and targets
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, and be accountable for meeting your own sales results and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Proactively engage with clients to develop customer loyalty and retention
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events and visual merchandising
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store appearance
  • Support with stock counts and other operational duties
  • Lead by example to support and coach the sales team
  • Develop strong relationships with brand representatives and stakeholders
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities to contribute to the store objectives

  • Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Self-driven to upskill and learn, with a passion for the luxury fashion industry
  • Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
