About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Hythe.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with disabilities.
  • Assist students in accessing their learning materials and classroom activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
  • Encourage students to develop independence and build life skills.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to monitor students' progress.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications or training in special education, previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, or in a similar role, and a compassionate and patient approach to working with students with disabilities.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience) and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.
