Ecruit is currently recruiting for a Mental Health and Disability Support Professional to join our team of Shared Lives Carers in Kent. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and disability conditions.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans that meet the individual's needs and goals. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of the individual's progress and well-being.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with mental health and disability conditions and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by this population. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health and disability conditions
  • Maintaining accurate records of the individual's progress and well-being
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
