As a Regional Care Assistant at Signature Careers, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional care to our residents. With a focus on person-centred care, you will promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing for our residents. This role requires flexibility and availability to travel across our home portfolio.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic IT skills. Although experience is not necessary, kindness, compassion, and empathy are essential qualities for this role. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various care homes across the region
What We Offer
  • $14.42 per hour for weekday shifts and $15.42 per hour for weekend shifts
  • Enhanced pay rate for night shifts - $1 per hour
  • Travel expenses paid - 45 cents per mile
  • Short shifts (early and late), long days or nights
  • Part-time or full-time day/night shifts available
  • Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
