Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Team Lead to join our team at Granite State Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing department and its employees, while ensuring production meets specifications and adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in planning production operations and establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train employees and address employee complaints effectively.

A key responsibility of this role is to inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. The Industrial Team Lead will also develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of industry regulations and laws, with the ability to abide by GSM Code of Ethics and Business Conduct standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the manufacturing department and its employees.
  2. Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
  3. Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates.
  4. Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
  5. Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
