About the role
Nexperia is leading the electrification of the planet and answering the increasing demand for products to save energy - that’s where GaN comes in. Experience in production engineering, cost management, supply chain operations and lean manufacturing will be essential.
Join us on our fantastic GaN journey as we incorporate wide band gap technologies to enable more efficient energy solutions, from increasing mileage on electric vehicles to improving the power density of the next chargers.
This role will be based in our offices in Manchester, UK, with remote working considered.
What you will do

- Ensure the smooth transition into production of new products and processes at a global network of facilities and suppliers
- Provide support and input to foundry operations while representing the business group interests
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure smooth business operation

- Proven track record of driving and managing complex projects in a technical environment
- Significant hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and requirements and to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of power MOSFET device physics (preferred)
About the team
