About the Opportunity

This Senior Product Engineer position at Nexperia offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and optimization of our GaN devices.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in electrical results analysis, building dashboards to map out yield across the supply chain, performing yield analysis, and overseeing lots disposition work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement efficient electrical results analysis methods, including parametric probe and final test data analysis.
  2. Create interactive dashboards to visualize and track yield across the supply chain.
  3. Perform comprehensive yield analysis and develop strategies to improve device performance.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve low yield issues.
  5. Drive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives to optimize device performance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials.
  • Experience with power semiconductor devices, preferably wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
  • Industrial experience in yield or product engineering is highly desirable.
  • Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and professional experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German is a plus.
