About the Job

This exciting opportunity as a GaN Device Characterization Engineer at Nexperia presents a chance to join our talented and ambitious GaN R&D team. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical verification activities, including wafer and product-level testing

  • Product aspects from design-to-manufacturing
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's Degree or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline. A PhD is strongly preferred. Additionally, experience in the test and characterization of high voltage power semiconductor devices, familiarity with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) is desirable but not required. As a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.
