About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing a team of staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, inventory costs, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth

Please note that the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. Aldi are also able to offer 40 hour contracts and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
