Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage our reservation system, ensuring seamless dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservation requests, accurately recording and confirming bookings.
Manage the reservation system and seating arrangements to optimize table availability and guest flow.
Communicate with guests to confirm reservations, answer questions, and accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
Assist in coordinating large parties, private events, and special occasions, working closely with our restaurant management team.
Monitor seating capacity, ensuring reservations are spaced appropriately to avoid overbooking.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Keep accurate records of guest preferences and special requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and guest requests.
Proficiency with reservation management systems, with experience with platforms like OpenTable or SevenRooms preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
