About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Linguistics Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Linguistics Graduate, you will be responsible for providing support to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor students' progress throughout the academic year
  2. Provide support in small group intervention and individual sessions
  3. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Linguistics or related field
  • Experience working with children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
