Job Title: Linguistics Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Linguistics Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring students' progress throughout the academic year, providing support in small group intervention, and working closely with teachers to develop effective strategies for supporting children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to teachers
  • Develop and implement small group intervention programs to support children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs
  • Work closely with teachers to develop effective strategies for supporting children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers on how to implement effective strategies for supporting children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Linguistics or a related field
  • Experience working with children with EAL and Speech, Language and Communication Needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
