Job Title: Ventilation Cleaning Technician

Location: Kent, London South East areas

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, DOE

Hours: 40 Hours per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Cleaning Technician to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Ventilation Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Engineer in delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and other air and water hygiene services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duct Hygiene and Grease Ductwork Cleaning: Perform duct hygiene and grease ductwork cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease standards.
  • Full Kitchen Extract Deep Cleaning: Conduct full kitchen extract deep cleaning and cooking appliance cleaning.
  • Installing Access Panels: Install access panels as required.
  • Water Tank Cleaning: Clean water tanks and collect water samples.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete service sheets and reports on time.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate rotary cleaning cables and brushes, and work at height using safe access equipment.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence: Possess a full driving licence with access to a vehicle to drive to the office each morning.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills.
  • Literacy Skills: Good literacy skills.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with working hours, including day, evening, and night work.
  • Health and Safety: Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
