About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a skilled Ventilation Systems Technician to join our team of professionals in the Kent, London South East areas. As a Ventilation Systems Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and air hygiene services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Engineer in delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and air hygiene services to clients.
  • Undertake preventative maintenance servicing and cleaning of ventilation systems, fans, and kitchen environments.
  • Perform duct hygiene and grease ductwork cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
  • Conduct full kitchen extract deep cleaning and cooking appliance cleaning.
  • Install access panels and perform water tank cleaning and collecting water samples.
  • Take before and after photos and ensure service sheets and reports are completed and issued on time.
  • Operate rotary cleaning cables and brushes, and work at height using safe access equipment.
Requirements
  • A full driving license with access to a vehicle to drive to the office each morning.
  • A can-do attitude and effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills and literacy skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including day, evening, and night work.
  • Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
