About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a skilled Ventilation Systems Technician to join our team of professionals in the Kent, London South East areas. As a Ventilation Systems Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and air hygiene services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Engineer in delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and air hygiene services to clients.
  • Undertake preventative maintenance servicing and cleaning of ventilation systems, fans, and kitchen environments.
  • Perform duct hygiene and grease ductwork cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
  • Conduct full kitchen extract deep cleaning and cooking appliance cleaning.
  • Install access panels, clean water tanks, and collect water samples.
  • Take before and after photos, complete service sheets and reports, and ensure timely issuance.
  • Operate rotary cleaning cables and brushes, work at height, and use safe access equipment.
Requirements
  • Full driving license with access to a vehicle for daily commutes.
  • Can-do attitude, effective verbal and listening communication skills, and teamwork skills.
  • Literacy skills, flexibility with working hours, and ability to follow health and safety procedures.
