We are currently seeking an ambitious and dynamic Chef to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve High-Quality Food: You will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Oversee Menu Changes: You will work closely with our culinary team to oversee and implement menu changes that meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.
  • Improve Food Services: You will identify opportunities to improve our food services and work closely with our team to implement changes that enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Act on Customer Feedback: You will listen to and act on customer feedback to ensure that we are consistently delivering high-quality food services.
  • Support Menu Creation: You will work closely with our culinary team to support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Represent Restaurant Associates: You will represent Restaurant Associates and maintain a positive brand image in the culinary industry.
  • Monitor Inventories: You will monitor inventories to ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked and that we have the necessary ingredients to deliver high-quality food services.
  • Maintain Hygiene Standards: You will oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Great-Tasting Food: You will have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Culinary Qualifications: You will hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have experience supervising a team and leading culinary projects.
  • Chef Experience: You will have experience in a similar Chef role and a flexible approach to working.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: You will hold a Food Hygiene certificate and be committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
