Job Title: Art Director - Ecommerce

Job Summary:

Burberry is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our Ecommerce platform. As a key member of the Marketing & Comms team, you will be responsible for creating a compelling brand image that drives commercial impact across all Ecommerce assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all visual touchpoints, reflecting the brand's strong visual identity.
  2. Lead testing initiatives to continuously evolve the image proposition for Ecommerce.
  3. Collaborate closely with production & post-production to ensure timely delivery of assets to site.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, styling and freelance art directors.
  5. Provide leadership, inspiration, guidance, support and direction for the digital Photostudio team.
  6. Stay updated on competitor activities, and emerging talents to continually innovate and elevate our content offerings and incorporate them into our brand's visual language.

Requirements:

  1. Proven creative experience working in luxury fashion production and/or design environments.
  2. A depth of experience in Art Direction within luxury Ecommerce.
  3. Extensive experience working for a global brand, understanding of different market needs.
  4. Strong relationships with photographers/stylists/hair and make-up artists etc.
  5. Highly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video and motion a plus, using Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. A deep passion for branding, content & creative storytelling.
  7. Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for design and typography.
  8. Knowledge of current fashion trends and an understanding of how to translate them into brand visuals.
  9. Strong creative POV with an understanding of business objectives.
