Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our HR department, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training activities, including online learning and calendar management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental training records
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding training requirements
- Administer the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training coordination role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
