About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team at the Buckinghamshire Primary Pupil Referral Unit. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our office at Woodlands, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office telephone and email system
  • Set up and maintain pupil records
  • Support the booking and production of paperwork for offsite activities
  • Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the site is safe for pupils and staff

This is a varied role that requires flexibility, the ability to manage conflicting priorities, and confidence to work on your own initiative. If you have a 'can-do' attitude, enjoy multi-tasking, and are interested in helping us ensure our pupils have the best opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
