Job Summary

CV Library is seeking an experienced Office and Finance Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate financial records. We are looking for someone with a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of finance experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero). You will be responsible for addressing financial queries, managing payroll, providing data for financial reviews, conducting daily bank and credit card reconciliations, completing month-end processes, and creating sales invoices. Additionally, you will oversee office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative tasks, provide diary management, and manage Zoho Books/CRM.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a flexible working arrangement that includes remote work options. If you are a highly organized and motivated individual looking to advance your career in finance, please apply.

Responsibilities

- Manage payroll for the UK and US, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Address financial queries from internal and external stakeholders efficiently and professionally
- Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Complete month-end processes, prepare management accounts, and manage HMRC submissions
- Create and manage sales invoices, including credit control and follow-up on outstanding payments
