About Psychology: Leading Group
">Gold Coast Health is a leading healthcare provider, and our newly developed Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit offers mental health rehabilitation services for individuals needing extended inpatient care in a secure environment.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist - Senior to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level clinical psychology services
- Provide efficient, responsive, and recovery-oriented mental health care
- Provide evidence-based psychometric assessment, preparation of psychological reports, and treatment recommendations
- Provide intensive, developmentally appropriate, consumer-centered mental health interventions
- Utilize independent clinical reasoning and professional judgment
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $128,169 - $137,918 per annum, providing a stable and rewarding career opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in Psychology
- A graduate certificate or greater within a relevant area is highly desirable
- Registration with AHPRA
- Driver license
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal history screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
