Role Responsibilities

As a Homeless Service Psychologist, your primary responsibility will be to provide mental health assessments, interventions, and care planning for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of psychological theory and its application to clinical practice.

The successful candidate will also have experience working with people who have complex mental health needs, be able to apply psychological knowledge to inform practice, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be able to work effectively with external agencies, such as social services and housing providers, to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for our clients.
