Pilates Instructor Position at Equinox Fitness Club
We are seeking a qualified Pilates Coach to lead our Pilates training program and provide exceptional client experiences. As a member of our fitness team, you will develop and implement comprehensive Pilates programs for clients to achieve their goals and maintain motivation. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments and goal setting, instructing private, duet, and semi-private sessions, and striving for consistent client activity to achieve results. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Pilates instruction and certification from a reputable program. A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education is required. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on location and experience.
