Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Recruiters Room. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Quoting:
    • Raise accurate and timely invoices for completed projects by carefully reviewing and interpreting engineers' reports.
    • Prepare and submit quotations based on engineers' estimates, ensuring all necessary details are included.
  • Job Scheduling:
    • Optimize business efficiency by scheduling jobs for our tradespersons, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
    • Coordinate job assignments to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage customer communication, including sending reminders and follow-ups as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
