We have an exciting opportunity within our Admissions department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions Coordinator.

**About the role**:
You will join on a full time, permanent basis (35 hours per week).

The postholder will be responsible to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the Director of Admissions and Registrar with a particular focus_ on _the admissions/marketing interface.

To plan, coordinate and assist with admissions events, assessment days and the transition programme.

To assist with admissions related visitors, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.

- The secondary point of contact by telephone: taking calls, answering varied questions from parents, their representatives and prep schools.
- Timely and accurate administrative support for the Director of Admissions & Registrar.

**Person Specification**

The successful incumbent must have
- 5+ GCSE A*-C, 4-9 or equivalent (including English and Maths) essential.
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and administration, including planning and implementation.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook.
